@rizcalypha @ProfEzeonu And FG has to pay it judiciously to the university. Quality education is a huge driver of development. We need to start discussing the quality of education sincerely and do what is pragmatic and safe

@rizcalypha @ProfEzeonu I like the first line "if given autonomy" give autonomy to the universities. Suslbsidize the cost of education for students. A good model is, if it'll cost N600k/Yr to get a degree FG pays N550k to the university, student pays N50k. We are literally doing this with PMS to no end
