Is eduroam down @uclisd ? I can't connect and keep getting an error message: 'couldn't connect to IP address.'

@ColdWarFran Hi Francesca. We have started getting reports of issues in some buildings on main campus. The networks team are investigating this. We'll let you know when we have an update.

The issue with incoming calls to the UCL contact centre has now been resolved. Apologies for the disruption caused.

Microsoft have reported an issue with the Anywhere365 service that supports UCL contact centre telephone service. Currently incoming calls to these numbers are not working. ucl.ac.uk/isd/news/2023/…

@LondonCFR Are you still having issues with connectivity? We got the teams to run some checks and can't see any issues with eduroam. If its a localised issue please can you report to Service desk who can check your individual machine and connection.

@uclisd are there issues this morning? I've lost wired connection and email is struggling to connect to Microsoft servers? It was a bit temperamental on Friday but now only using Eduroam..

@uclisd Top end of Bloomsbury campus. Had to reboot desk top 3 times to get connected. Staff are reporting issues with staying connected via Eduroam. We had similar issues on Friday.
