Takes data from a rough automated Google sheet, nothing fancy! But you can chat with it.. so good have as you scale in US, instead of checking with the Meta Ads manager each morning you just chat with Gemini :)

It’s funny that RazorPay a “payment gateway” app is collecting and storing user data (like apps) without consent and calling it a “misconfiguration” when called out

Hi Pritesh This was genuinely a misconfiguration and has been hotfixed last night, you shouldn’t see this notification anymore. The initial response was incorrect but it was internally escalated and the tech team gave the correct one later leading to confusing responses. Apologies for that. @Razorpay does not collect info beyond what’s necessary for completing the payments or required under network guidelines. And no such info was actually being stored here despite the notification. Thanks for highlighting this.

You can’t enter your UPI ID to make a payment on your phone. Instead, you have to use UPI-Intent or scan the QR code from your phone.

Saddest development in the UPI payment space. You can't pay by using your UPI ID or phone number anymore. Being one of the earliest users of UPI - I love making payments with my UPI handle.

Keeping the @mpeastdiscom foolishness aside, their performance is actually quite good.
However, it would be better to have an off-grid solar panel and not sell it to incompetent discoms.

Surya Ghar by @mnreindia is actually a failure as long as we have incompetent discoms like @mpeastdiscom that do not even connect net-metering for consumers even after 2 months of commission. Waste of time. Gotten a solar plant installed yet they are not commissioning net meter

To be very frank and honest, it's a hassle to get a solar panel (on-grid) installed in Madhya Pradesh, and there is no literal support from either PM Surya Ghar or the Discom
I'm pretty sure the situation is much better with Tata Power or DGVCL but Madhya Pradesh is exhausting!

Crazy how dependent we’ve become on single services like Supabase.

People may have concerns about the new government SIM binding policy for IMs like WhatsApp, but as an end user I don’t see a major issue.
The channel was heavily misused for scams, with numbers hijacked through malicious APKs.
There could have been a better approach.
