If a woman feels scared when a man passes by, any decent man would reflect and feel ashamed that women feel so unsafe around them. But men like these will not only derive pleasure out of it, they’ll also mock them for feeling unsafe in the environment that THEY created.

@kharis_micheal Stopping the habit of replaying conversations in my head. Once I started letting things end where they endedand not arguing with imaginary versions of people my anxiety dropped fast.

@juzokay Buying an ipad was also on my bucketlist, I got it last year & since then it’s only being used for YouTube & other OTT platforms nothing else 😭😭 it’s just like a big screen. Lemme know what else i can do with it😂😭
