My exact process for Product design: 1. Take a complete walkthrough of the product and play with it (if its a redesign) or read, understand and note down each matrices and features of the product. 2. Start with basic IA and user flows. Note down everything and understand the structure of the product. Remove all the unnecessary fluff present. 3. Map out the wireframes of dashboards and all the other screens using @cursor_ai or @claudeai 4. Finally open figma and start with the designing each flows with attention to details. 5. Clean up the files and organize everything. Make prototypes for the flows if required and deliver everything ready to Dev. Simple steps, yet matters the most. Every product needs to be studied before jumping to figma. That's the mindset for every project I take on. Taking on 2 new product design projects right now.
