@harrow_council @anjanapatel01 Many thanks @anjanapatel01 @harrow_council for this has now been collected by the council. The reason why the crew failed to collect earlier was not known to me, which I now know & understand it was none of council or the crew's fault. Thanks again for clearing it up !!

@harrow_council @anjanapatel01 Did that, still waiting for their response. Meanwhile, my unwanted items are still occupying the spot next to the communal bin, ready to be collected. Kindly take note of that. Coz at some point it will become a problem for the property managers.

@harrow_council @anjanapatel01 What's the point of sending this email without mentioning any reason.. And asking to create another mail chain just to find out the reason. Why do many layers of mystery when the reason could have been simply added to the original email ?

@harrow_council @anjanapatel01 So many questions are unanswered here - 1. Did the crew even turn up 2. Was there a staffing issue that meant crew was unable to collect? 3. Did they not find the address (all the more reasons why they should have called) .....

@harrow_council @anjanapatel01 Thanks, but that's not very helpful. The crew could have at least called n rung my bell instead of this hardly any informative message? They could have explained to me then & there. This kind of bureaucracy only makes the process a lot more tedious I am afraid.

From browsing about #Bliss, reading their little magazines in the parents rooms pantry & reading many of the little miracles success stories to featuring in #MilestoneMondays, it's been a long incredible journey. I am proud to be doing #walk60ForBliss for many more babies.

"My son, Jinansh, was born in May 2020 at 23 weeks, weighing 1lb. We were unable to hold him for two and a half months. I am forever grateful to all the amazing medical staff and the Bliss volunteers who supported us during extremely difficult times." - Ujas #MilestoneMonday

A year and a quarter back when my then boss texted me some links of an org that helps parents of babies born prematurely, little did I know, I would be walking 60 miles for the same org and raising funds.. @Blisscharity #Walk60ForBliss 1/n
