Had a pretty good outing today considering I only had two days rest. Pitched three scoreless innings. 2.1 ERA and 1.2 WHIP over 10 IP in my last two outings. In that time I had 4 K’s and 2 BB’s. Never be satisfied. Back to the grind!

@BestBuy @GeekSquad This is all over $88.74. Store #617 GM tried to hide behind their product return "policy" of 30 days and wouldn't acknowledge a difference in a product vs. a service or admit they made any mistake in the first place. Deceptive business practices by @BestBuy.

Scam from @Bestbuy @GeekSquad: They declared our laptop "dead" earlier this year then charged us $212.99 a few months later for an annual renewal. Now they won't provide me with a full refund since I didn't catch it within 30 days of the billing. #poorcustomerservice #unethical

@BestBuy @GeekSquad The GM at @BestBuy #617 has ensured that I will no longer shop at @BestBuy. He conceded that they probably should have cancelled the account but it was my fault that I didn't cancel the account before auto-renewal and that I didn't catch it in time for a full refund.
