Saw others doing it, so here's my definitive order of WTC (Higu + Umi) chapters/episodes. S tier is solid, A tier is rather vague and most of them could be interchangable, B tier is solid again. Oh and Saikoroshi would be somewhere between A to S Tier, depends.

@Griff_Navus Yeah I can see that because personally im also of the opinion that overall Higu's cast is better than Umi's. Though the strongest characters from both do go toe-to-toe for most, so it's s tricky situation

I plan of doing a top 10 favorite WTC character list and I already know that shit is going to be hard 💀
