Pure laziness at the back by England, and then a howler of a goalkeeping error to be beat there #ThreeLions

@JohnnyCart26205 @RyanRozbiani I have always agreed that how the MLS does it is better. If it’s not clear from the naked eye, it’s not clear and obvious. However, until they decide they don’t want semi-automated, it’s here and that’s the rules.
English

Credit to Ghana…came in with a plan to just not concede and they’re not giving us anything at all 🤷♂️ This game needs a winger who is going to run at these one on one matchups we’ve had on the outside. Theres width to exploit here… #ThreeLions

@AlbertBreer You're not insinuating it wasn't a penalty, are you? It was very clear cut.
English

In some cases, if it’s reckless enough, getting the ball does not always exonerate a player. It’s a great question. I don’t feel that challenge elevates to reckless. Careless contact, as long as the ball is won cleanly first, is okay for me. This was careless and expected contact for me so not enough to override the fact he won the ball cleanly.

@uk_pat37 @FOXSoccer @FIFAcom @FIFAWorldCup Sure but he takes slides right through him afterwards, right? You can’t do that anywhere else on the field. Why is it no problem there? I haven’t seen other angles yet to be fair
English

@SoccerSlabsUSA @FOXSoccer @FIFAcom @FIFAWorldCup Because he got the ball. Excellent challenge and excellent decision by the referee.
English

@FOXSoccer somebody tell me very plainly why that was not a penalty kick? wtf? @FIFAcom @FIFAWorldCup
English

@YHjugador11 That angle literally shows his cleat playing the ball?
English

@MrRBourne @HayesDean7246 It definitely isn’t subjective at all. This is a good overturn.
English

@HayesDean7246 It was subjective but the original decision was offside. They are only supposed to change it if there was an obvious error. There wasn't.
English

@UKFootyBible He’s German. He shouldn’t have to. I sing the US anthem as a British born citizen because I swore an oath to the country, its flag and constitution. Tuchel hasnt, and he shouldn’t be forced to sing it.

@DanRussellST Because broadcasters typically don’t show nasty injuries…

@uk_pat37 you see how you proudly talk about your ignorance as if everyone is like you. Partey was banned because he lied not because he has an active case.
English

lmaoo you think all the countries that hosted before this clownish state hosted didnt have special visa dispensations? Its part and parcel of the bidding package in case you didnt know. So loud yet ignorant on the facts
🇺🇸 Damo 🇬🇧@uk_pat37
@haugejostein The USA has always had very strict visa conditions, even before Trump, and have enforce them very stringently. This notion that a country, to host a global event, needs to change its laws on immigration is absurd.
English

@T0NDERAI Somehow he got a US visa though...odd. Maybe he made a mistake? Maybe he did lie? Maybe America prioritizes innocent until you're proven otherwise and doesn't restrict people based on unresolved legal issues? Who knows...
English

@T0NDERAI What I do know is countires do not relax their visa requirements - Canada didn't for a man accused of rape and dfidn't let a Ghana player in. So I do know that much. My point? You know as much as I do...which is not a lot.
English

@uk_pat37 lmaoo you didnt even know about the packaging of a bid. don't clump me with your ignoramus self please.
English

Not at all - there has been an increase under the current admin, obviously, because they're tougher on immigration. However these rates were already high as it was...and I used Obama because as an African American, I want to know what your accusation to him will be for being almost as tough as Trump on African visa applications....
English

@uk_pat37 @haugejostein The fact that you immediately jumped to Obama instead of discussing current visa policy tells me you know things have gotten tougher. Obama hasn't been president in almost a decade, why is he your benchmark?
English

@WachorZ @haugejostein Obama'as admin saw refusal rates of lots of poorer African countires at 50-75%. This isn't new. America shouldn't be expected to change its policies.
English

@uk_pat37 @haugejostein It is simple gaslighting. I don’t get it.
English

@TwanDatDuDe @haugejostein Under Obama, most African nations had tourist visa refusal rates of 50-75%. That is pretty consisten with what it is now. What are you going to accuse Obama of?
English

@uk_pat37 @haugejostein This is absolute bullshit. It’s 1000x stricter than it’s ever been.
