Companies that pay good money are not getting new employees through public job posting, it is through referrals and recommendations.
Have quality people in your circle that will put you on, I can’t count the number of times I have gotten messages people around me asking me to give them good candidates to fill up roles.
Referrals goes a long way.

i encounter this often and i always just add it. these people are bottom of the pyramid market people and their margins are so small. that N100 adds up to a lot of losses for her, meanwhile N100 is absolutely nothing to me. maybe it's just me, but i don't mind paying it at all.

People are so stupid. I went to buy Okpa and pap from this woman. "Can I transfer money to you," I asked. She said yes, how much do you want to buy, I said ₦2,000. She said, "you will have to add ₦100. That's the money I will withdraw the money with." I hissed and walked away.
