Nie mam jakiegoś dużego problemu ze śmiercią fizycznych nośników z grami zapowiedzianą przez @PlayStation. Gry kupuję cyfrowo w zasadzie od ery PS3. Ta tranzycja była nieunikniona, wszyscy wiedzieliśmy, że nastąpi, no i zapewne biznesowo i płyt, i napędów sprzedawało się coraz mniej. Ważne jest co innego. Kiedy zniknie płyta, zostaje ci sama cyfrowa licencja - a dziś ta licencja to słaba obietnica. Jak zapłaciłem za grę, ma być moja: dostępna nawet po delistingu ze sklepów, modyfikowalna, i możliwa do pobrania, gdyby platforma kiedyś się zamknęła. Dziś nic z tego nie jest zagwarantowane. Mamy czas do 2028 roku, żeby odbyć poważną rozmowę na poziomach krajowych i unijnych z ustawodawcami, by dokładnie zdefiniować, co oznacza słowo „kupiłeś"

@AWodeham Dokładnie — poza tym nie uważam, że jego powrót jest wbrew wysiłkom wszystkich ludzi, którzy zaangażowali się w jego uwolnienie (z Polskimi władzami). Zaryzykowałbym stwierdzenie, że jest im to wręcz na rękę - nie ma za dużo ludzi, którzy wciąż mają odwagę być w opozycji w BY.

To jest owo Lutrowe „tu stoję, inaczej nie mogę”. Niewielu to rozumie, bo też niewielu ma poczucie obowiązku. Wolny człowiek wraca do swojego domu – bo gdzie indziej miałby być?

@GeorgeRoush Hm, wouldn't Falcon Heavy be the largest reusable rocket? Although I don't remember if they ever reused all 3 bosters.

Although not receiving as much "hype" as other recent achievements, this is an important step forward for humanity in space. Blue Origin now has the heaviest reusable rocket booster (first stage)... and they did BOTH flights as PAYLOAD-CARRYING LAUNCHES! They successfully returned their booster to Earth on only their second flight, and first customer flight, and now have reused it successfully on their THIRD EVER New Glenn Launch. Notably, SpaceX DID re-fly SuperHeavy boosters B14, and B15 with 14 having failed on its second landing burn and 15 being intentionally destroyed in the Gulf. As such, no SuperHeavy boosters are currently reusable... making New Glenn America's largest reusable rocket!

📢‼ Przez 46 lat Bogdan opiekował się synem z mózgowym porażeniem dziecięcym. A pod koniec swojego życia także żoną z demencją. Kiedy syn został skierowany do DPS, 79-letni ojciec nie mógł się z tym pogodzić. Najpierw zabił jego, potem siebie. Tak właśnie wygląda w Polsce rzeczywistość wielu rodzin osób z niepełnosprawnością. @revenant_MMXX Looking at month-month data doesn't make sense here. AFAIK they sample 1/12 of the player base every month, but it's not always a representative sample. If you'd look at the graphs, there will be some anomalies once or twice a year.

Windows 11 is causing Steam users so many problems that there appears to be a shift back to Windows 10.

Why did the fastest aircraft ever built leak fuel on the ground? Its designer let physics seal the gaps at Mach 3 instead of adding parts. After a decade of engine dev, I understand why. @jacobsyska Można również po prostu zwiększyć okręgi (a więc i liczbę mandatów w każdym) i wtedy d'Hondt jest nieco bardziej sprawiedliwy. Większe partie mimo wszystko powinny mieć nieco "łatwiej", aby nie było paraliżu decyzyjnego. Szanse można wyrównać równymi subwencjami dla partii :)

Combination of both. StackOverflow was hostile towards newbie questions. AI gives you a polite detailed answer. AI also gives you the answer immediately. Slack Overflow didn't. Days later you got an answer: Don't do/ask that, instead ask this or redesign your architecture :)

@bkaradzic Volvo and Google developed an infotainment system, and it turned out quite well the last time I checked. Responsive and easy to navigate. But with Android Auto/Apple CarPlay some companies don't even bother about their own infotainment (they do the bare minimum).

Most of car companies should just stop making infotainment software, and work with Apple/Samsung to offer built in tablets instead where car company part of job would be just make sure it's not trivial theft target.
