I am writing a little program to memorize chess openings and have been for two days writing recursive functions to manipulate the tree of possible moves... and today I was in the gym and just came to my mind a data structure that makes all my smart code trivial to write :S.

Short open tags <? will be deprecated in 7.4 and dropped in 8.0. <?= stays available. This RFC by @Girgias was (as expected) rather controversial, but managed to pass by a narrow margin.

It recovered when I created new draft. As you can see from the screenshot, drafts count was 1, but there was no draft listed. I often have problems with my draft suddenly reverts to some old version (happens when I edit draft several times during several days) which I do often.
@umpirsky Did you ever consider, or encounter, a list of all languages, with info about their script direction and their alphabet? How did you tackle the matter with your language list? (so that, e.g., Arabic be indeed right-to-left.)
I work in IT, which is the reason our house has:
- mechanical locks
- mechanical windows
- routers using OpenWRT
- no smart home crap
- no Alexa/Google Assistant/...
- no internet connected thermostats
