Super Mario Galaxy 2 contains an unused "joyful zone" area that, when entered, causes Mario to be unable to stop running and somersaulting. I have enveloped the entirety of Starship Mario in a joyful zone for demonstrative purposes.

it does scare me a bit to potentially see the other option as less dangerous but the truth is its still preferable for whatever i turn to in a crisis to not cause irreversible damage to extremely fragile and irreplaceable tissue while also being completely invisible

its not good but its genuine harm reduction to change the release valve to something other than straight up giving myself concussions and very likely brain damage beyond just a decade of severe malnutrition. idk how much it can be repaired at this point

its kind of sad that as soon as things start to look up a little bit it all gets even worse and its all out of my control. ive been hallucinating more outside of a mood episode and my coping skills are all falling apart so badly im developing new maladaptive strategies
