As an emerging Artist, your community is a structure established on people who like you and are willing to expend their time and money to enable you achieve your set and clearly defined goals.
Depending on the size and attributes, you can have them in a group.
But they don't have to be in a group.
You only need to have a means to reach and communicate with them directly or indirectly.

Artists who don't care about the business can go to hell.
Countless number of Record Labels and investors have shutdown and lost funds because they invested hugely on so called 'talented Artists' who were selfish, nonchalant and stupid.
The same Artists who say they don't care about making valuable music that satisfies people and makes money, are the ones who love the lifestyle and will squander money on clothes, girls and desire the fame that comes with making music people want.
Fuck every Artist wasting and frustrating their labels and investors in the name of making "good" music nobody cares about.
If you want to be an amateur Artist, fine. But do not disguise like you mean business, then start talking about 'music is art' and 'I can make whatever i like' bull shit.
If as an Artist you don't know who you're making music for, or are certain the people you're creating for actually need what you are offering are will pay for it, then you've no business in the music business.
You're only crowding the market and blocking the way of those who do.
