A plumbing company came to us ranking outside the top 10 on Google Maps for their core services. 8 months later they rank #1 in the Map Pack and ChatGPT recommends their business first. Here's what we did: 1. GBP overhaul. > Primary category was wrong. Fixed it to match the top 3 in their Map Pack. > Filled out every service with detailed descriptions. > Uploaded 10+ real job site photos in the first month. > Started posting weekly with before/after content (not a massive needle mover) > Rebuilt citations in 50+ directories. Their NAP was inconsistent everywhere. 2. Review system. > They were getting 3 to 4 reviews a month. We built a system around text follow-ups and QR code cards. > They now average ~22 a month with keyword-rich content. Customers mention specific services and neighborhoods. > Every reply includes service + city naturally. 3. Website rebuild. > Went from one generic services page to dedicated pages for every core service. > Built location pages for every suburb they serve. Each one unique, 500+ words, targeting real local keywords. > Added FAQ sections to every major page answering the exact questions homeowners type into ChatGPT and Google. > Hero section rebuilt for conversion. Big call button, reviews, reassurances above the fold. 4. Link building + listicles. > Local organization partnerships, supplier backlinks, industry directories. These links are a total pain to build but are also the most impactful for local rankings. > Wrote quite a few "best plumber in [city]" listicles that started ranking on pages 1 and 2 of Google. > Published their listicles through press release distribution on news sites. 5. AI search visibility. > The combination of FAQ content, listicle placements, review content, and press releases got them recommended on ChatGPT within 4 months. > Made sure Yelp and Bing profiles were complete and accurate (among other citations). They now rank #1 for their highest-value services in the Map Pack, show up in AI Overviews, and get recommended by ChatGPT by name. Lead volume from Google has more than tripled!

Employees working multiple jobs secretly just died. Sorry Reddit/overemployed 🥲 Today @MainStreet launched “Know Your Employee” (KYE). The first real time employment fraud detection across companies. If someone’s secretly working two full time jobs… We know instantly. This changes everything for employers and the employees left picking up the slack for their coworkers taking advantage of them. Excited to share more soon. Right now we’re in private beta but the early results are amazing. If you’re interested in learning more and not burning money on employees who work there for 3 months and get fired while draining your run rate drop us a note to: KYE@employer.com to join our waitlist.

If you got any insights from my tweet, please leave at least a quick “thank you” in a reply. I’m doing this for free, so it’s a bit disappointing to see only the bookmarks going up.

What I’ve Discovered After 14 Days as a First Time Dad •Babies go through 10-15 diapers per day •I went from having never changed a diaper to becoming a master (going 100+ strong) •Continuous sleep is a thing of the past. Sleep is now 30min - 2.5hr chunks throughout the night • Dad mode is real. Another gear you didn’t know existed just unlocks •Breastfeeding is a learning process for both baby & momma •Swaddling with a regular towel is hard. Use the cheat ones with straps. Way easier •Having meals prepped for you is amzing. Super easy to just warm up pre-cooked food on the fly ————————— Staring down at the beautiful being and seeing a piece of yourself is an indescribable feeling. You see love, happiness, and joy all wrapped up in a small ball of controlled chaos. Someone so small requires so much but it’s an amazing feeling.

How I taught my daughter her first super power My 4 years old daughter used to get very frustrated when she couldn't pass a level on playstation, and she would give me the joystick to do it for her, when I tried and often failed, I started to say "the more you do it, the better you are" and then I tried again, later when my daughter used to lose while playing, we said it together and it became our thing. A week ago, my wife told me she overheard our daughter saying the same mantra to herself while working on a puzzle or trying to learn new things, that really struck me. It doesn't matter that you don't succeed or that it isn't perfect on the first try. If you are willing to try more than once and practice, you might even discover that you are great at many things. The first time never counts and you can't be disappointed in your first try in anything. Now, when my daughter does a puzzle or plays games, she remembers our sentence that became our mantra. Success isn’t really about luck or intelligence. It’s about how much you’re willing to practice, to repeat, to work hard until you improve. The moment you internalize the idea that the more you do something, the better you’ll become, you unlock a real superpower.

I've installed MetaMask several hundred times with different IPs, and have ran thousands of transactions through its swap service. This is a speculative bet on the $MASK token drop. Risking about $30k, but if I'm right I farm maybe tens of millions of dollars worth of tokens. LFG
