Update to liquidity providers October 16th, 2025 ⌚️ Since deploying parameter adjustments 3 months ago, our protocol has now delivered over 100% APY all-time to liquidity providers. This has been highest available return on ADA of any Cardano protocol during the last year. These results stem from improved fee dynamics: even during periods of high long ratios, the cost to go long has continued to generate strong returns for LPs. As a result, the protocol’s all-time position has gone from –700k ADA to +1.6M ADA, marking a total turnaround of 2.3M ADA. The new parameters have made the system more balanced between longs and shorts, reducing directional risk for LPs. This performance demonstrates that Strike’s liquidity provision model has become battle-tested, sustainable, and fair across all market conditions, rewarding LPs consistently while maintaining balance in the system.

We’ve been averaging $10M daily volume and over 70% of all Cardano trading volume this week. Of course, there is always risk, and future results may not play out exactly as they have in the past, but we believe the current parameters are well-designed to continue offering strong, sustainable rewards for liquidity providers over the long term.
