@BestBuySupport please help me. Every time I talk to someone in the phone it takes 30 minutes and I can barely understand them. Im@on my 4th call to try to get my gift card back for a cancelled order.

@AlbanyAirport please remove Allegiant Air from the list of airlines you allow to fly in and out of your airport. They give you a bad look. Terrible airline.

@Allegiant there is a dog now getting on our plane.... last I heard there was a flat tire... thanks for keeping us informed. At this point I can’t imagine why I would get on this plane. You are a terrible airline. I can’t imagine how you are still in business.

@Allegiant police presence now at the gate.... apparently there is a flat tire. I could have driven to Florida Quicker... quite possibly the worst travel experience of my life. Allegiant is the worst airline ever. No one fly allegiant.

@Allegiant this is great. We are checking people in at an alarming rate of one passenger per 10 minutes. SLOW DOWN we are going to fast... I can’t believe I willingly booked and paid to fly with this airline. Last time ever...

@Allegiant it’s a miracle. Someone showed up to check us in. Will we actually leave Albany airport and get to Tampa? Confidence level is low. Terrible experience more to come I’m sure...

@Allegiant where is the customer service letting the passengers know what’s happening? Why are we not being informed? Should we spend the day at the airport to keep getting delayed? Cancel the flight and refund us so we can book a new flight.

@Allegiant so out flight from Albany was cancelled last night and your airline left a poor girl alone out front to answer for the cancellation. Showed up this morning for my flight and now it’s been delayed 3 times. Absolutely no one is working the check in desk. Need answers!!

@AlbanyAirport Allegiant Air has no one manning the front check in. Why has an announcement not been made? This is a poor reflection on Albany Airport for not taking control of this situation. What is happening?
