Yeah, if he said that, then I guess he is a liar. Aside from that, though, I don’t see why the federal government has to babysit states regarding childcare. Whatever aid the federal government provides states should be revoked. As a result, the federal government should lower their tax burden into the state. Had allowing them to take care of this on there own. What is the power of this? Well if the states have to pay for it themselves, they’ll likely be more inclined to ensure there isn’t fraudulent activity.
