HEPA filters don’t stop working below 0.3 µm. Around 0.3 µm is usually the most penetrating particle size (MPPS)—the “weak spot” that’s hardest to filter. Below that, diffusion (Brownian motion) becomes very effective, so HEPA can capture nanoparticles extremely well.

@DrJackKruse Isn’t El Salvador closer to the SAA than Florida?

Low Vitamin D theory. DaddyWellness posted his blood work on IG and said "My Vitamin D came back lower which was fking weird" because he lives in Florida and gets enough sun. Vitamin D is essential for a myriad of functions but one being mineral absorption. In the presence of heavy metals I am thinking Vitamin D will naturally be suppressed to stop absorption of toxins. Some things we do know: Heavy metals block renal enzymes like 1a-hydroxylase, crucial for converting Vitamin D into its active form, and directly damage kidney tissue. Lead , Cadmium, and Aluminum are specifically documented to reduce active Vitamin D levels, often causing bone health problems. Higher Vitamin D levels may increase heavy metal absorption in the gut. I know almost every practitioner will tell you everyone has a Aluminum burden. I could be bat shit crazy on this one and I'm shooting from the hip but the logic would justify how almost everyone is deficient in Vitamin D. Will deep dive more.
