@heytayhar I just asked another community leader pro a similar question yesterday because I’m thinking a lot about this for my communities and my bandwidth. My biggest takeaway was build up trust with your community champions and trust them to help multiply you.

@copy_martin Ask them upfront how they like to work and what they expect in that situation. Then there is no confusion when it happens. As someone often buried in projects, I expect the vendors I'm paying to keep things on track as long as it's not going above what we are paying them for.

I do some freelance work for agencies who bring me on for specific parts of their client work (landing pages, for example). Every once in a while, the client goes radio silent, or things stall. And it's like, okay who's responsibility is it to follow up and get things moving?
