Completamente gratuito, extracurricular y con un modelo donde cada chico elige su camino, avanza a su ritmo y aprende haciendo. Cuidar a los chicos en el mundo digital no alcanza con protegerlos de la tecnología. También significa acompañarlos en su alfabetización digital: que la entiendan, que la dominen y que la usen con sentido. At the #WBGMeetings I had a good exchange with @the_IDB Vice President for Countries Anabel González on turning financing to results across Latin America and the Caribbean. Across #LAC and beyond, the bottleneck is not policy or financing. It is the capacity to deliver, including in fragile contexts and the aftermath of disasters like Hurricane Melissa in Jamaica. Institutions matter. Project preparation, design, and procurement matter. De-risking implementation is what turns ambition into impact for people. @UNOPS stands ready to deepen the partnership with the Inter-American Development Bank, including through the "Back on Track" methodology, procurement support, and supporting early recovery.
