Feb 17th - March 19th; it took a month of daily dialogue and effort to help a young man in Florida make his dream of playing college football a reality. How badly do you want it? It better be as badly as @GionniF1607 if you want to sign with a school you truly love. The 2026 OL had some interest, but he really wanted to stay in state and, believe it or not, there really aren't as many college football programs in Florida as you'd think. I'm in MD, I haven't been in the state of Florida since I was about 7. I have no idea how Gionni's profile came into my feed, but it did and I decided to reach out to see if he could use some help. This clip simply displays how much we conversed about the process; making a plan, following up, locating every coach in the Florida on twitter, sending emails, sorting out when to make the next contact with a coach, and making sure my man stayed positive throughout the process. Most days don't result in offers or follows, so the process gets Every youngster down repeatedly, which is part of why I love doing this. I get to be the one who reminds these guys of just how incredible they are and I get to tell them how fired up I am for the next days work -- the next day of getting to make sure they feel supported and feel like their dreams may actually come true. Recruiting is an emotional journey for every kid ... its easy to feel like giving up, its easy to feel like the world doesn't see you. I assure everyone, I see you. I will help you no matter what level you're at... and I will feel like the luckiest person in the world while I get to support your pursuit of your dreams. I had never met this young man, I don't know anyone he knows... but I do know that we are all in this world together and the more love we share, the better place the world becomes. I know that everyone who loves Gionni is happier today than they would have been if we hadn't taken this on together ... and nothing is more fulfilling than that. Kids feeling believed in, seen, and excited ... is what every parent hopes their kid find. This is 100x more about parents getting to see their childs happiness than it is about the kids... no kid knows how much pressure each parent feels - no kid knows how good a parent feels when they see their child experience a moment like Gionni did yesterday when he signed with Webber. There is Nothing I wont do to help every parent get to experience these moments with their child. There is nothing I won't do to help every student-athlete have a place with structure that they are excited about after HS. There is nothing more important for our youngsters than that. Thank you @StephMcQ27 for always being here while I am contacting schools, trying to imbue kids with belief, and trying not to let anyone down. There is no better woman in the world. Coach @_CoachZack 🤝 I know Gionni is going to make you proud.

Florida youngster who wants to stay in state? Not a problem. Just the kid and I. 1 month process, mostly tough days, but that's when the heart-to-heart talks come into play and we get fired up for what's ahead. Relentless love, positivity, and pursuit of his dreams. ❤️

Self belief, believing you are the best - is a strength. Believing you are the best has nothing to do with believing you are better than anyone else. Self-belief is a love of the unique journey you’ve been on to get to the moment you’re in. Self-belief is an acknowledgment of the love that’s helped you get where you are. Self-belief is the recognition that you are the only person who will ever walk in your shoes and the pride you have in what it has taken to get you where you are. Self-belief is the antidote to the greatest weakness all of us have, self-doubt. Self-belief is transcendent. All of you should believe you’re the best at what you do every day … and encourage the man next to you to believe the same of himself. That mindset is liberating, the opposite mindset is confining. Life limits everyone in a million different ways, but you get to believe in yourself as much as you want. I wrote with 25 wildly different young prospects tonight & I hope each one of them believes they’re the best at whatever it is they set out to do tomorrow. I believe it. I believe each one of them is the absolute best and I’m excited to wake up tomorrow & prove that by investing my time into helping them each fulfill their dreams. Life is a journey, not a rep.
