Getting a great big laugh at @GEICO charging me 376.99 for ONE WEEK of service after I already cancelled. My whole month wasn’t even that much. 👌 now they know why I left 😂 I DO NOT OWE THAT. Cancellation is a break up. It’s you not me. 💔

@ninaturner people can divide. And no that doesn’t mean anyone *has * to work the weekend shift. But those who want to, can. Or rotate the shift. There’s a lot of ways this can be accomplished. Also? How about real vacation time? Real sick time?

We need a 4-day, 32-hour work week with livable wages. There is no reason that people need to be working this much. People need time off to rest and spend with family and friends.

Never used it. Still refusing to cancel. Still refusing refund. Multi layered cancellation process makes it easy impossible to cancel because they blame “out of protocol” behaviors of the previous rep.

Never, under any circumstances, use @ionos_help_US Web services. They will lock you into payments even after you cancel. And cancelling takes a process. Email, call, go through bowels of hell, etc. Just say no.
