“…more than 10,300 students living in university housing this year across University of Toronto’s three campuses…” - sounds impressive until you realize that U of T has 97,000+ students enrolled at those 3 campuses.
“We can only house 10.5% of our students” - is a more realistic reflection of the headline.
U of T is investing in new #StudentHousing in Toronto, but needs to target on-campus housing for 50%+ of their student body over the next decade.
