राजस्थान में डा अर्चना शर्मा के ऊपर 302 की FIR की गयी जिसके कारण उन्होंने आत्महत्या कर ली ।माननीय सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने कहा है कि negligence केस में बिना विशेषज्ञ कमेटी के recommendation के FIR नहीं हो सकती ।आत्महत्या के दोषियों की IPC 306 में अविलंब गिरफ़्तारी हो।@ashokgehlot ,#NoFIR

@CMOfficeUP Clinical establishment act के अनुसार,इमरजेंसी केस को भर्ती करके स्टेबिलाइस करना होगा।ये ग़लत प्रावधान है।अन्य विधा(Branch)का डाक्टर, heart attack ,हेड इंजरी जैसे गम्भीर मरीज़ का कैसे इलाज करेगा ।क़ानून में केवल First Aid देने का प्रावधान कीजिए ।#वापस_लीजिये_काला_कानून

@CMOfficeUP माननीय मुख्यमंत्री जी,क्लीनिकल स्टेब्लिसमेंट एक्ट नामक काले क़ानून को लागू करने का नोटिस अपर मुख्य सचिव स्वास्थ्य ने जारी कर दिया है ।मानकों को पूरा न कर पाने के कारण 80 % प्राइवेट अस्पताल बन्द हो जायेंगे।कृपया इस क़ानून को वापस लेकर प्रदेश का अपना क़ानून बनवाइये ।

Government has fixed rates for Covid dedicated facilities with utter disregard to sec 66 of disaster management act 2005.

All these rates are applicable on occupied beds.Where beds are reserved by government order but presently lying vacant do not attract any compensation.

1.COST of property:- a.Rent for the period of acqusition.Where the property is owned and not rental, the rent prevalent in the local area for a similar property.
