@BrandTran @Barb4PGH Scooters are not an option for a large group of people who need to make short trips or get to distant bus stops. BTW, Spin said in the post-agenda they are not turning a profit even w/ artificially favorable market conditions. At some point they will need to hike rates or leave.

@uppagus @Barb4PGH The problem is the transit isn't improving. Port Authority, now PRT, has been cutting service & reallocating resources for years now, due to the driver shortage & previously funding. The scooters are another option for those making short trips or walking far to bus stops.
