🚨#BREAKING: Footage is emerging of the suspect who allegedly attempted to RUN OVER ICE AGENTS WITH THEIR CAR in Maine.
An ICE agent opened fire and fatally sh0t the suspect.
It appears the suspect is surrounded by emergency staff, the identity of the suspect has not been released.
According to witnesses, ICE agents fired roughly 8 shots at the vehicle which began driving in circles uncontrollable.
Agents pulled the driver from the car. He was reportedly bleeding heavily from the head but still conscious, telling a witness, “I tried to stop!!!”
His legs later stopped moving while he lay in the street, he is no longer alive.
Witnesses said there was a delay before police and paramedics arrived and CPR was attempted.
One witness confronted an agent believed to have fired the shots. The agent allegedly responded that the driver “was trying to ram me!”

On July 13, 2026, at approximately 7:00 AM ET, ICE was conducting targeted surveillance on the last known address of an illegal alien with a final order of removal. An illegal alien departed the residence in a vehicle. ICE law enforcement attempted to conduct a vehicle stop. The vehicle attempted to flee the scene and, fearing for public safety, an officer discharged his weapon. The driver of the vehicle was struck, and emergency services were immediately contacted. He passed away from his injuries. The Biddeford Police Department and FBI responded to the scene. DHS OIG has been notified and like all discharge of firearms this will be investigated. This is a developing situation, and we will update the public when more information is available.
