Hey @upside question about the app. I have a location down the road from my house that is listed wrong. So the store was given the wrong address on its receipts vs what is listed in the app. I’ve missed a lot of chances to get money back because the address is wrong. And even the employees are confused by it

@upside since it’s impossible to create a ticket I thought I’d try here. I can’t create a ticket because the issue isn’t on my side. I’ve been with you multiple years and everything was fine but one day I had about $12-$15 removed from my balance. I just wanna know what happened.

@upside anyone else having trouble getting your cash back on gas purchases? I stopped using Upside after I had over $10 in cash back that they never gave me. I just tried again last week and it is past the 2-4 days. Still no money.

@amateurnascar Hi there! Please be advised that when you input the correct gas price while reporting inaccuracies in gas prices, the correct gas price will not show up in the app right away. However, you will get the same cents per gallon, no matter the gas price.

Be careful using @upside. Just drove home and passed by several lower priced stations because their app advertised $3.53 gas. I arrive at the station to find it’s $3.69. On 20 gal of gas that’s only $3.20 but when the purpose of the app is to save money, that’s pretty stupid.
