@KidTiger__ Cap can just block the nuke that takes 10 secs to charge with his vibranium shield, he’s done it once in the comics already. And it’s been shown choking works on Soldier Boy which Cap specializes in so he wouldn’t stand a chance

Soldier Boy since he has an actual superpower that can take away Cap’s enhanced abilities. Cap is a better fighter overall, but since Soldier Boy is very durable, it’ll take time and he’ll get angry enough to blast him
