@joseftrades Zero DTEs and modern options flows changed NY session structure massively imo. Feels like price spends more time engineering liquidity now than cleanly delivering from the open 😭

Honestly what happened to New York session? It used to be the most goated session and now price just chops around most of the time and when it finally runs, it happens at the most random times. So glad I switched to London session this year. Kudos to everyone still trading NY.

@Jacobtradesz Only if you misunderstand what bias is for. It isn’t a prediction. It’s just context so you’re not trading both sides of the market all day. Most traders who think bias is useless are the same ones taking longs and shorts in the same range wondering why nothing compounds.

@TheH0n3stTrader Nice quote, but markets don’t work like that. Execution matters, but you can’t turn every random framework profitable just by believing you’re the edge. Skill helps, but the model still has to make sense

Risk management is absolutely useless if you don't have an actual edge.

$YM runs ~19R in hindsight. ~11R floating right now. People think trading is about finding entries. It isn’t. It’s about being positioned when the market decides to expand range. 95% of the day is noise. Most traders are active during noise and absent during expansion.
