@meta_hess Active intent capture is the more interesting design problem Passive capture infers. Active capture declares: “what should I choose?” The signal already has context, preference and a decision frame baked in.

generally agree tho we should hope "intent capture" is more active than passive also generative/emphemeral UX will be more than verification UX will be less UI and more simulation

The same logic applies at the micro level: when a user asks an AI agent what to choose, that's a decision moment with real economic signal. Auctions over that signal, ranked by relevance and constrained by transparency, might be a more honest monetization primitive than what advertising has produced so far. That's exactly what we're building.
