Planning to launch something called as @useotter_ premium where we make cohorts of 4-5 students and give out guaranteed internships, I'm already doing it at an informal level but can do experimentation with proper structure and resources. There would be a joining fee + a % cut from your first stipend - obviously it's risky as the candidate may deny paying a % cut from their first stipend but I think most of them would agree given our goodwill (?) It's one of the very few ways to scale / monetize a platform like this to generate actual revenue. I've seen and helped 1st years literally 1st - 2nd semester students getting good paid internships via cold emailing so I'm pretty confident to help the smart ones out there :p Same for @Mridulchdry too he's doing his 3rd internship right now and all these switches changes in just past 6 months.
