People are in the comments providing my point. Intellectualization of cutting people off because you think everyone is beneath you when in ‘conflict’ with you is immaturity. Having strong beliefs of people to the point you are in genuine fear of needing to cut off is the attachment of needing to reconcile. Adult relationships & boundary forming isn’t meant to go this way & I can tell a lot of you weaponize your awareness of psychology to justify how miserable you are in these choices. BY MERIT OF PSYCHOLOGICAL STUDY, resentment doesn’t close out from cutting people off. It continues! It’s a loop!

I did not heal cutting people off, I still had to face the same issues in people, hoping that we can actually address the fears of conflict resolution & fear of abandonment but the still issues arise in each person which is: 1) needing to act like everything is a sitcom instead of acting in the truth of caring 2) deciding to remain in delusional state of ‘you are my enemy because you point out a flaw I have’ over the reality, this fear arises to confront it 3) the biggest fear of Sagittarius Pluto generation is the reality they were actually very wrong about people & being in the presence of being wrong would mean it’s time to grow up & mature (no one philosophical tangents about who people are)

Gen Z has a lot of resentment from having failed friendships/relationships & also having poor conflict resolution skills, making the loop of anger continuous. Just to be clear, cutting people off isn’t healing.
