Africa’s enormous potential is being constrained by an unfair international system. That must change. We must keep pressing for a system that gives Africa the voice, resources & representation it has long been denied.

🚨 I HAVE NO MICROPLASTICS IN MY BALLS 🚨 This should not be possible. Studies show that 100% of men have microplastics in their semen. I am the first human ever to show a complete reduction to zero. This may be a world-first breakthrough in fertility research. I had 165 microplastic particles in my semen just 18 months ago. Now, I have zero. Five published studies have measured microplastics in human semen. Two found them in 100% of men. The other three found then in 44 to 76% of men tested, but those used methods that miss the smallest particles and the clear ones. Corrected for that, the real rate is likely 100%. Almost every man alive has plastic in his semen right now. The same applies to testicular tissue, testing 100% positive for microplastics. Microplastics hurt sperm. Human studies show the impact of various types of plastic, associated chemicals, and other toxins on male fertility: + 60% fewer normal shaped sperm (from PFAS) + 5x higher odds of low sperm count (from PTFE) + 10% lower sperm concentration (from PTFE) + 15% lower swimming ability (from PTFE) + 41% lower swimming ability (from PET) + 12% lower sperm swimming ability (from BPA) + 3x higher odds of low sperm count (from Phthalates) + 2x higher odds of poor swimming (from Phthalates) The effects compound: each extra type of plastic drops sperm swimming ability by about 21%. This matters even if you’re NOT trying to get pregnant. Sperm count is one of the cleanest biomarkers of overall health we have. And microplastics don't stop at the testes. The same particles are showing up everywhere we look. Studies show 4.5x higher rate of heart attack, stroke, and death in people with microplastics in their arterial plaque vs. those without. Microplastics were also found in 100% of human placentas tested. 100% of post-mortem human brains tested positive for microplastics. Brain concentrations rose ~50% between 2016 and 2024, and now sit at roughly 11x the levels found in the liver or kidney. Where do these come from? + PTFE, commonly in non-stick pans + PET, water bottles + Phthalates, makes plastic soft and bendy + BPA, can linings + PFAS, stain-resistant fabrics & food packaging Inside the body, plastic causes a kind of cellular rust. It triggers inflammation in the testicles, kills the cells that make sperm and drops testosterone. It's been confirmed across 39 animal and cell studies, then in human data. MY PROTOCOL: Note, what I did is n=1, not a controlled trial, I cannot prove cause. 1. Sauna (dry). My toxin blood panel confirms sauna clears plastic related chemicals: BPA, phthalates, PFAS, flame retardants, pesticides. The plastic particles themselves are too big to sweat out directly. Heat may activate other clearance routes: bile flow through the liver, the cell's internal cleanup system, and the gut barrier. Humans have almost no enzymes that can break plastic apart, so the body has to physically push it out. 2. Reverse osmosis water filter. Drinking water is likely a major source of microplastic getting into your body. A reverse osmosis filter pushes water through a very tight membrane and strains the particles out. I filter everything I drink. 3. Trying to rid my environment of the big plastic items: cutting boards, cups, plates, food storage containers, non-stick pans, cling wrap, tea bags, water bottles, kitchen utensils, kettles, and synthetic clothing. Note, as hard as I try, I'm always finding new plastic things in my life. This can be all-consuming thing so try to just knock out the big ones. I did all three interventions at the same time. I cannot say which one did the most work. What I can say is this: going from 165 to zero in 18 months is possible. Results: Nov 2024: 165 particles/mL Jul 2025: 20 particles/mL Apr 2026: 0 particles/mL The 18 month window also captures roughly 7 full spermatogenesis cycles.

They call it "obsession." Let's talk about what obsession actually looks like. Obsession is spending over a trillion dollars a year on a military that operates on every continent. Obsession is maintaining 800 foreign military bases across 80 countries. Obsession is sanctioning nations for decades because they chose governments Washington didn't select for them. Obsession is spending eighty years constructing an international financial system designed to ensure that no country can fully exit the American economic orbit without catastrophic consequences. Obsession is making your culture, your films, your music, your fast food, your social media platforms, your news framing the default reality for half the world. America is not a country that sits quietly and minds its business and gets unfairly scrutinized by the outside world. America is a country that made the entire world its business. Militarily. Economically. Politically. Culturally. So when the people in that world, the ones on the receiving end of the bases and the sanctions and the coups and the bombs and the embargoes, develop opinions about the country doing all of that to them, you call it obsession. We didn't come to you. You came to us. Over a trillion dollars a year to make sure of it. We just took notes.

Nice try. Except that your definition of third-world people is entirely your personal opinion. Nigeria did not commit war crimes in World War II, Germany did. That's barbarism, not first-world behaviour. Nigeria is not going around pillaging or plundering the resources of other territories, Germany is. That's not first-world behaviour.  Nigerians are not the ones with a history of conquest, war mongering and violence against other civilisations, Germany and the West are. That's not civilisations. That's barbarism.  This post is not the gotcha you think it is. You have only succeeded in giving some low-quality Africans (like a certain Uncle Ruckus from Nigeria) more reasons to feel inferior about themselves. This does not work on everybody. Ruckus and his gang are a lost cause, so you can have them. The only way Germany turns to Nigeria, and vice versa, if you switch the population is if those Germans heading to Nigeria team up with their European brothers to plunder the wealth of Germany. So, try again, Karen.
Kat@kat_maryb

The third world isn't a place, it's a people. Third world countries exist because they are full of third world people. If you send every German to Nigeria and every Nigerian to Germany, in 5 years, Nigeria will become a civilized nation and Germany will become a third world.

"You cannot bomb a population into wanting a government it doesn't want. You cannot napalm a country into political legitimacy. The war was unwinnable because the premise was illegitimate. No amount of firepower changes that. No stab-in-the-back story changes that"
Sony Thăng@nxt888

Here is the thing about "they could have won if they wanted to." This argument, the stab-in-the-back myth of the American War, is that the U.S. was winning militarily in Vietnam but was undermined by weak political will at home. That the antiwar movement, the media, the politicians, they're the ones who lost the war. Not the military. This is a lie that powerful institutions tell themselves to avoid the real lesson. The military had everything it asked for. Escalation after escalation was approved. Year after year of increased bombing, increased troop deployments, increased resources. Every time a general said "more," they got more. 543,400 troops at the peak. 2,709,918 Americans deployed to Vietnam in total. Then more bombs. Then secret wars in three countries. That is not "holding back." That is not "almost trying." That is an empire exhausting its options and later calling failure restraint. They got all of it. And it made no difference. Because the fundamental problem was not resources. The problem was that the goal, to establish a compliant South Vietnamese government that would suppress its own population on behalf of American strategic interests, was a goal that could not be achieved by bombing. You cannot bomb a population into wanting a government it doesn't want. You cannot napalm a country into political legitimacy. The war was unwinnable because the premise was illegitimate. No amount of firepower changes that. No stab-in-the-back story changes that. Vietnam showed the world that the premise itself could be defeated.

Anyone who believes the bible was used to enslave his continent has to be one of the dumbest dudes to walk the planet The Bible was not used to enslave Africa. Slave traders used selective misreadings of the Bible to justify what they had already decided to do for economic reasons. There is a difference. A big one. Slavery existed in Africa, Asia, Europe, and the Arab world thousands of years before Christianity arrived on the continent. The Transatlantic Slave Trade was not a Bible project. It was a capital project. The same Bible that slaveholders quoted was the primary weapon abolitionists used to end slavery. Wilberforce, a devout Christian, spent 20 years in Parliament fighting to abolish the trade. Harriet Tubman, an enslaved woman, used her faith as fuel to free hundreds. The most prominent voices against colonialism and slavery in the 18th and 19th century were not atheists or traditionalists. They were Christians, many of them African Christians, who read the same Bible and concluded that slavery was an abomination before God. If the Bible enslaved Africa, what do you do with the Ethiopian Orthodox Church, which has held the Christian faith since Acts 8, centuries before Europe was Christianized? Did Ethiopia enslave itself? Did the Bible oppress Axum? The logic of “the colonizers brought it, so it must be a tool of colonization” does not survive contact with history. The colonizers also brought Western medicine, railways, and the English language. What actually oppressed Africa was not a book. It was guns, ships, economic incentives, political betrayal by local collaborators, and a global system designed to extract. The Bible was the costume worn by that system, not the engine driving it. If someone uses a hammer to commit murder, the hammer is not a murder weapon. It is a tool that was misused. You do not throw away every hammer in existence. You hold the man accountable. Hold the slaveholders accountable, not the scriptures they twisted. Rejecting the Bible because Europeans misused it is doing exactly what they want, surrendering your own ability to encounter truth because of what someone else did with it. That is not decolonization. That is just a different kind of intellectual captivity. This is 2026, stop all this nonsense takes. Read or just admit you prefer idol worshipping to the bible and stay there.

Here is the complete architecture of how you keep a poor country poor while convincing its educated class that this is their own fault: Step one: During colonialism, extract capital, destroy domestic industry, structure the economy around export of raw materials. Step two: Grant formal independence while maintaining the economic structure, the debt obligations, the currency arrangements, and the trade relationships established under colonialism. Step three: When the economy underperforms, as it must, being structurally designed for extraction, not development, offer loans conditional on policies that deepen the existing structure. Step four: Train the country's economists in Western universities where the theories taught do not acknowledge steps one through three as economically relevant. Step five: Staff international institutions and domestic finance ministries with these economists. Step six: When the policies fail, attribute failure to cultural factors, corruption, and weak institutions. Step seven: Publish a report with recommendations. Step eight: Return to step three. The machine runs on its own now. The colonial administrator retired. The indebted finance minister presenting his structural adjustment plan to the IMF board doesn't think of himself as administering colonialism. He has a PhD from LSE. He genuinely believes the model. This is not a conspiracy. It is an education system.
