When I went to the cardiologist to do some heart tests the doctor made me run on a treadmill at full speed for 15 minutes at the max speed, I think it was like 13 or 15 mph. I felt like my heart was in my head and couldn’t even talk for like a minute or two and this guy is yelling and screaming out of excitement

Most people just don't want a game where the whole loop is getting farmed by sweats 24/7.
It's really not that deep.
Hilariously, Bungie's New Trials of Saint-14 had this exact same problem and longevity. Except that activity was also attached to a whole other game.
