Biggest lesson from building ShadowTrader this past week: The feature users ask for is rarely the feature they actually need. A trader asked for "more rule types." What they actually needed was a better onboarding flow to set up the rules they already had. Listen to the request. Diagnose the underlying problem. Build the second thing.
