@Larrry_Summers I said invests more in high profile retirees no retirement league. This is a fact you can easily verify by searching MLS top salaries. Korea beat us last year and is #33 in the ELO rankings. Japan is #13 and has recent wins over Brazil and England. We are #41.

@Larrry_Summers Japan and South Korea had no head start but develop basically all of their own players. That 50% number is worse than it was in 2002, 06, 10, 14, because MLS invests more in high profile retirees than development. Its not a good number and I won’t pretend it is
