Everyone is hyped about Claude… but barely anyone knows how to actually use it to replace real work. I collected 700+ mega prompts that turn Claude into a full-blown productivity engine. Comment "AI" and I’ll DM you everything.

Dear @PrashantKishor : I want to congratulate you, as a fellow Bihari who cares for his state of Bihar, for being bold and gutsy enough to launch a political party and hit the grassroots, and provide an alternative political idea to change the lives of the people of Bihar. Irrespective of the election results, a great effort by Jan Suraaj Party. I hope you stay the rough course. Indian politics needs more competitive experimentations. You must treat this as a semi-finals. Good luck!

Delhi elites were quicker to recognise street dogs as “community animals” of their colonies than to recognise guards, vendors, cleaners, construction workers, or maids as part of the community.

I love the arrogance a 22 yo has. Fresh out of college. Full of raw energy. An entire life ahead of him. Brute forcing his way through situations. Superiority complex at its absolute peak. Really just poetry in motion. 22 makes you feel invincible. Till life throws a few punches here and there. But for what it's worth, I think the absolute arrogant douchebags at 22 are the wisest chaps at 28.

[1] RTE (right to education) was a socialist act that destroyed the supply of "average" private schools in India. [2] Government (instead of improving the standards of public schools) for which it collects tax, decided to [3] Force a bunch of schools to institute reservation. [4] Within a few years, many private schools (which were low cost & were operating on razor thin margins) decided to shut shop. [5] The school "business", got more organised. Large predatory private schools which were anyways charging crazy money, survived. [6] Now, they are simply jacking up the prices. And, will continue to do so. Give it 10 more years, a lot of Kirana shops will shut shop too. A handful of big business houses will sell everything from door nail to the internet. And, the end junta will pay the price.

It is only a matter of time, when corporates would think that making their employees work 15 hours/day is perfectly legal. And, is for their 'own' betterment. Tax kitna hi choosoge kisi se. Ab bachi khuchi zindagi bhi cheen lo 😂

India is full of smart hard-working people. It is no small feat to focus 10-12 hours a day studying for any competitive exam. But, kids do it. Despite absolute toxic work environment in many work places, most Indians endure this for their families. People get stuck in traffic, travel for hours in trains and take a lot of pain to build a career. Taking career breaks is unheard of by most Indians. One could argue the merit in enduring such pain. But, if nothing, it makes us more determined. We don't need visionary leaders. We just need proper law and order, basic infra, and some basic opportunities to grow and thrive. I wish people focused more on strengthening 'institutions' rather than pandering to individual politicians.

[1] Politicians care about winning elections, not the populous.  [2] CEOs care about their board (indirectly about his/her salary), not employees.  [3] Your manager cares about your team (eventually his/her promotions), not necessarily you. Don’t get lost in debating: the merits of a political party, leadership qualities of your CEO or how good your firm is. The very definition of Capitalism is: "An economic and political system in which a country's trade and industry are controlled by private owners for profit". Work on yourself.

In India, there are only a handful of HIGH paying jobs. Consider this: India's management consulting market is only 3% that of the US. When it comes to front-end Investment Banking, VC, PE, Hedge Funds, again the same story. Massive competition & very few jobs. Startup boom was propelling the salary higher. But, with the funding winter, even startup salaries have started to shrink. The sad part of the story is: no one bothers about the aspirations of a hard working Indian student. While we debate the 'overall' job numbers in the economy-- no one cares, if a handful of smart students leave. This will never become newspaper headline worthy. But, if you think about it: these are exceptional folks, who probably would be getting like 99% on SAT, CAT, GMAT etc. Many of them would go onto become someone like Sundar Pichai or Satya Nadella. They leave, never to return. Not because they like uprooting their lives, but because they have no option. Solution: bring better quality jobs. How to do that? well, that's an entirely different story. And, it starts with understanding that a problem exists.
