The idea that Buffalo hosts Cincinnati because 13-3 > 12-4 when the extra game that was abandoned was literally BUF playing CIN with a chance to actually resolve that seeding question is absurd imo.
This game should be at a neutral site as well.

Right-hander Ross Stripling and the San Francisco Giants are in agreement on a two-year, $25 million contract that includes an opt-out after the first season, sources familiar with the deal tell ESPN. Stripling, 33, was excellent for Toronto in '22 with a 3.01 ERA and 3.11 FIP.

@AndrewStoeten Pit would only want Moreno or Kirk. There’s arguments to be made for trading and keeping both, but I think you try and keep Moreno who is more versatile and can help you in different areas. But if he’s a sticking point, I think you do it. Prospects aren’t a sure thing (pearson)

I would simply sign Verlander, trade a catcher for a LHB CF, and not have Springer-Berríos-Nimmo on the books in three years, but I guess I’m built different.
