@Baddiel I did wonder why they placed a small mound of snacks down next to you, as I was claiming you as my new best friend.

@bysianharrison What amazing news, Sian! That’s simply fantastic to hear ❤️

@bysianharrison @MaltinPR Exciting move, Sian! Best of luck. Bit of a shame there’s less chance of bumping into you now when I go down to court. Am I now the entire Hartlepool-RCJ contingent? xx

The most beautiful album. Soundtrack to my falling asleep for many years.

Here's a bit of "Ophelia," the title track to Natalie’s second studio album, released in 1998, which brings to life six different female characters. You can watch the video, directed by Mark Seliger & Fred Woodward, at: youtube.com/watch?v=GryxQE… #TBT

@Harkaway Bravo, bravo, Nick! Hope to join you in the celebrations tonight.

Same, same. Sometimes marathons are a dream. Today’s was not one of them. The rainy pea-souper start was novel enough for me. The icy downpour, after the hills had already broken our hearts, was a nasty plot twist. At least Eliud can be happy he missed that #BostonMarathon2023
Eliud Kipchoge - EGH🇰🇪@EliudKipchoge
I live for the moments where I get to challenge the limits. It’s never guaranteed, it’s never easy. Today was a tough day for me. I pushed myself as hard as I could but sometimes, we must accept that today wasn’t the day to push the barrier to a greater height.

@drphilipmarsden Apt and funny, not least because it took me back to 1999 when I lived directly opposite it on 2 Hurst St. Looking just as lively.

@ThereWillBeGin @cpsmithy I remember they made delicious sausage sandwiches. Does that count as a vivid memory?
English

@ThereWillBeGin @cpsmithy Yes! Riley’s! It looked very different as a club.
English

@ThereWillBeGin Poor 17yr old Adam. I understand why you won’t say. I’ll start naming names and you just stop me when I get it right.
English

@ThereWillBeGin @cpsmithy B&Z became the pool hall that you (we) definitely did frequent
English

@ThereWillBeGin Also, how did I miss all three of these incidents?
