I did an event tonight at which there were no snacks. I had to go straight to Oxford after so I begged them to find something. I am now in the car eating what they found which was crisps and KitKat. It feels like I’m partying (on my own and 5 years old) like it’s 1978.

Same, same. Sometimes marathons are a dream. Today’s was not one of them. The rainy pea-souper start was novel enough for me. The icy downpour, after the hills had already broken our hearts, was a nasty plot twist. At least Eliud can be happy he missed that #BostonMarathon2023
