We're tracking a degen experiment in the making on Base: Rouletter $RLTR. Built by @gogokikaider on B3OS infrastructure. The concept: send ETH/USDC to a contract, get 2-7 random Base tokens back. Simple on-chain casino. The website is up (rouletter.xyz) but the dev is still building out the core mechanics. He's been very transparent about it — explicitly telling people NOT to send funds yet until staking and burning are wired up. What caught our attention: • The $RLTR contract ships with governance, vesting, and controlled inflation — not a basic pump token • Dev is a known Base community builder (4K followers, multiple shipped projects) • He's even offering manual refunds to anyone who sent funds too early Very early. Mechanics not live yet. But a transparent dev building something fun on-chain. One to revisit once the full game launches.
