Agreed Even the well off are affected Meals get prepared even more conservatively Like Ribeye rather than Fillet of Mignon If I may, to take things a bit further: Once delivery is handled, may I recommend the VacMaster VP215 @VacMasterFresh or similar for storage. It is far better, more efficient than the common FoodSavor unit. Eliminating the use of Tupperware, the VP215 paid for itself in two years. Food will also last much longer to indefinitely, if stored at 0° F factory setting of a Kemore Commercial Elite Freezer @kenmore

@TuckerPoodleMA Hey, Cassie. Stupid question here. I use my vacuum sealer all the time for stuff like that, but have wondered, is it possible to heat stuff in the bags (knowing all the plastic is bad stuff) or can one boil in those bags?

These are packets of meals that I make for me and my husband to bring to work for meals. Cut the bread packet off, let it thaw out, and heat the chicken up. Add bbq sauce or whatever you want to the meat. Works great!
