@CarouselUnique @Xen_Main to be completely fair, he was a little shit head sometimes. but so is every background warrior cat character without a role in the story yet. theyre all kinda racist 😭💔 but for him to be like that in probably EVERY scene he’s in is so overkill omg. i could not finish that book

@vadsbian @Xen_Main It feels like they felt they had to overcorrect for their mistakes in writing him as sympathetic in the past by going “no see we know he’s bad check this out!”but it actually makes it more annoying to me somehow.

im so glad theyre just drawing him like a regular kid instead of doing that thing where they retcon him always being openly awful (graystripes vow 😬) granted he is an actual kit here

@Xen_Main he is so much more openly hostile and outspoken. Making mean remarks in like every scene he is in 😭 and this happening in the same book with the imposter stuff actively going just makes it so obvious and unsubtle it bothers me

ELDERS QUEST / CHANGING SKIES SPOILERS - - I'm still trying to wrap my head around why this book was called The Elders' Quest. The only "elders" going to find the problem were Tawnypelt, Crowfeather, and briefly Leafstar, and they found it like 2 minutes outside Clan territory
