Hi @Swiggy @SwiggyCares @harshamjty I ordered food yesterday and delivery agent canceled the order, he only tried to call me twice. Customer service was not helpful.I am using Swiggy from a long time and this is the first time I have to face this issue. I want my money back.

@SwiggyCares @Swiggy Check the history of the delivery guy maybe he is doing the same for many times...he was no where near my location and i was on the road for waiting him and he was no where near in 200m and he canceled the order.

@SwiggyCares @Swiggy I ordered from the restaurant which is 1.5km near to my location and all the directions were in the map with exact location. But the delivery guy from the start goes through wrong location he took the 5 min delivery to more than 15 minutes and canceled himself and i loss money

@SwiggyCares @Swiggy I tried to contact the delivery partner several time and he not picked up my call . And also the location was clearly in the map with exact directions and from the starting the delivery guy riding through wrong direction. It 100% cheating by delivery guy to get the food free
