@kimmonismus This is very good for competition, progress, and the open source community.

Jensen Huang says Nvidia's market share in China has dropped to zero thanks to US export controls, and he's arguing the restrictions have basically backfired by pushing China to build its own chip ecosystem faster.
I think people still don't understand what this means.
China has managed to become largely independent.

@mooreth42 Ok. And when do you think this first demonstration will happen? I'm interested in your opinion

@AnselDias @theresidency @inventorsRes I think you need a printer with one infinite axis for self-replication, like the Creality CR-30. It's also convenient for detaching parts.

Week 3 of Building Self Replicating Robotic Factories at @theresidency
Went from CAD Model to real hardware
This week:
- Built a 10x better hardware lab at the @inventorsRes (V3)
- Built the AutoFAB 500 prototype
- Begun talks with potential customers (Consumer Robotics Startups)
Next week:
- Bring hardware online
- Build remote teleop system
- Demonstrate complex assembly
Ask:
Would appreciate intros to startups looking to deploy prototypes into production

“They ate Humans”
21yo Model Gabriella Rico Jimenez - after attending an ‘Elite’ Party.
She disappeared forever after this night and was never seen again.
Now in 2026 - pages from the Epstein files vindicate everything she says she saw - the ‘Elites’ torture, sacrifice, perform rituals and feast on human flesh.

We reached the point where technology has stopped materially improving at all. And our way to circumvent the end of Moore's Law is to pursue a nonexistent AI singularity.
MNT will truly revive Moore's Law miniaturization rate. Like a step function from 13.5 nm to 0.01 nm.

@somewhereville @valitev @mechadense We're talking about the most complicated systems ever designed in human history. Systems with 1 sextillion parts. Systems with so many parts you can't even load them all into a single computer's RAM. Bigger than gigabyte EUV photomasks.

@philipturnerar @mechadense @somewhereville while the elites are slowing down. Enthusiasts step on the gas. That's good, because that's how replicators get to the people. I really wish they were open-source and accessible to everyone.

@philipturnerar @mechadense @somewhereville This is how it should be at first. Then there will be systems of protection, but they will also be technological, not juristic

Yeah you might even say it's about learning *efficiency*, if you think about it

Doubled lab space and team will be 75 engineers strong. Amazing progress and lots to do.
Recently added hiring for production , Circuit Design / PDK , and open source chip design software

We make it ourselves And make the machine to make it. Want to join? Hiring EE, ME, Software , process engineers. We made the machine that puts atoms there, it’s laptop sized and draws 90 watts . Now we’re automating and building 10. Zoom in ,they’re not pixels

@doganuraldesign Yes, of course, if this robot can replicate itself, using raw ore and available energy to be independent of the rest.
