No sense in having equal intervals all the way up.
Log chart shows a slow grind up that ebbs and flows for the same timeframe.

I’ve always thought of waist gain relative to weight gain as a successful bulking indicator for males
Males tend to store fat in the midsection
So if you gain 8, 10, 12, 15, 20+ lbs and waist doesn’t move at all (or at least not much) + training performance has improved…what do you THINK happened?
