@faith18kh Two years of self study is not failure, that’s commitment. It took me 5 to actually be happy with my art tbh. Followers do not reflect skill, money etc, especially early on. If freelancing is your goal, focus on building a small portfolio. Don’t quit while you’re still learning!
@van_soull I study digital art since more than 2 years by myself but it's slow progress I hate my art and I have no followers on my social media I wanna be a freelancer digital artist but I'm about to giving up because I don't see future to me
Artists! Pro or not, what are your biggest struggles right now?
In life as an Artist or/and in your art itself.
Curious to hear what you’re dealing with 👇 #ArtistsOfTwitter
@NinoBuisson The struggle is common, even among professionals. Overthinking usually comes from caring about improvement. Try separating “practice drawings” from “finished pieces”, give yourself permission to make messy, low stakes work. And accept that no all artworks have to be masterpieces
@van_soull I struggles a lot with inspiration and knowing what to draw. But also to just let go and draw, like overthinking what to do instead of just doing because of lack of technique and putting myself down...

In this life, expectations surround us.
From parents, friends, clients, strangers.
Most of them will weigh you down.
No one will ever expect more from you… than YOU.
Above all tho, learn to love yourself more deeply than anyone else ever could.
I believe in you
