@truebrowns_tB it’s been over 10days I have raised an issue- I ordered a Kurta set but was sent a Chemistry flared skirt, but there’s no resolution yet! Why?! How long does it take? Haven’t sent my original order neither the refund - just useless template emails. 😠🫤

@UrbanLadder It can’t take over a month to acknowledge and understand a simple concern and resolve. It’s a matter of intent. My only choice is to raise a formal complaint at consumer complaint forum. @OnlineLegalInd This qualifies as sheer harassment.
