If you have just become aware of Richard Allen/Delphi case, don’t start by watching the trial coverage. That’s like skipping through an entire book and just reading the ending. You have zero context that way. The case was determined during the pre-trial phase of the case. We covered every single hearing and motion filed, and when I say covered I was boots on the ground, in the courtroom for every hearing and we read through and analyzed every filing. @PAAttorneyGen I am sure Minnesota is grateful for your prayers. But please remember that domestic violence is equally abhorrent and more Common than any of us would like to accept. Your attention is required in Philadelphia, sir. Ellen greenberg's family deserves answers.

I am sickened by the targeted shootings of Minnesota legislators that have left two dead and two critically wounded. Violence of this nature is abhorrent and cannot be tolerated. I am praying for all affected by this tragedy.

Through May, Baltimore has recorded 54 homicides, the fewest through the first 5 months of a year on record. The previous low: 65 homicides, in 1977. At this point in 2022, just three years ago, there had been 138 killings, and in 2017 there had been 146 people killed.

Karen Read update Opening statements are done. Brennan performed better than Lally did last trial. It’s my opinion that he underdelivered and potentially wrote a few checks he can’t cash. We also learned that the CW’s theory is that JOK was grazed or swiped and then fell and cracked his skull. Jackson is stark contrast was brilliant. Leaning into the science and the fact that the science does not indicate that either the Lexus struck a pedestrian and the John O’Keefe’s injuries are not consistent with being struck by a 6k # SUV. He also hammered Bowden defense points and Proctor. A couple of new things: Defense experts will be testifying that there were zero signs of hypothermia on JOK and there were 5 male DNA profiles found on JOK’s shoe.
