@HSBC_UK @HSBC When are you going to fix the on.hsbc.co.uk / QR code issues that have been going on for two months? I’m unable to pay into my ISA via a method I have had setup for over 3 years! Why did you roll out this change without testing it. Change it back ASAP

@untilshesaid @Marvin__Suggs @HSBC_UK @HSBC I had the same problem, made an official complaint in February they sent £100 compensation and turned it off.. until now.. just went to login the QR issue is back 😡

@Marvin__Suggs @HSBC_UK @HSBC Hey HSBC - we all have the latest version. I now cannot make a single payment using my phone without a second device (which makes this less secure). 75% of the time the QR code doesn’t load. It took 3 days to fund my ISA & now I can’t pay a credit card bill. Can I switch it off?

@HSBC_UK who evers idea it was to bring in the qr code security to login to online banking needs sacking. How do you scan a qr code from the same device? So now if have to borrow someone else's device just get on to take a screenshot.. FAFF and will be changing banks!

@HSBC_UK do you have a problem with your system? I try to log in on website as I need to take a screenshot of a payment that has gone out (annoying you candle do this on app) generate log in security code... put it in.... says incorrect (100% is correct) and locks me out 😡

@HuddersfieldUni cutting courses and staff losing jobs, with a son who was planning to start in Sept Criminology degree we've no idea if this is one of the courses being cut.. even if not, doesn't fill me with confidence and considering looking at other offers regardless sad 😥

@YCtravelupdates @HeaneyDriving My son has been awarded funding for his annual pass his email said we would receive an email at the start of term with a code to redeem it but not received the code as yet, his induction day tomorrow so bit screwed

@HeaneyDriving You buy your pass from the transport page of the college website. It's the new ShuttleID system for this year.

College buses will run tomorrow, Weds and Thurs for induction days and then from Monday 12th Sept for all students. Please purchase your ShuttleID ticket from the links on the transport page of the college website, prior to travel.

@YCtravelupdates Since when?? Thought everyone finished earlier on a Tuesday but now they have to sit around for 2 hours. If thats the case timetables could do with tweeking as 2 out of 4 days my son finishes at 14.45 and a royal pain in the butt waiting for 4.55 bus home

Remember college buses will be leaving at the normal times this evening and each Tuesday going forwards not the earlier times previously advertised. Route 1,2,3,4 depart 4.40pm Route 5,6,7,8 depart 4.45pm Route 9,10,11,12 depart 4.50pm Route 13,14,15 depart 4.55pm
